Project Manager – Interior Fit‑Out & Finishing

About the role

The Project Manager role is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Amman, Jordan. The Project Manager will oversee interior fit‑out and finishing projects from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, designers, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules to keep work on track.
• Monitor site progress, manage resources and materials, and resolve issues that may affect delivery.
• Supervise inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular status reports and support continuous improvement of project processes.

Required profile

• Strong project management skills including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
• Expediting expertise to manage material and equipment orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Inspection capability to verify workmanship, quality, and compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Logistics management skills for organizing site deliveries, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience managing interior fit‑out or construction projects, preferably in commercial or residential sectors.
