Project Manager – Oil & Gas Pipeline Projects

About the role

PipeCare Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead in‑line inspection (ILI) and related pipeline projects across the Middle East. The role involves overseeing mobilization, field services, surveys, demobilization and reporting while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts and plan project activities.
• Enter all project data into the ERP system.
• Coordinate internal and external kick‑off meetings (KOM).
• Request resources, site assessments, and services from RM, TM, logistics and design teams.
• Create purchase requisitions and conduct Job Safety Analyses.
• Conduct briefing meetings, obtain customer approvals, and manage field execution.
• Oversee demobilization, invoicing, and payment milestones.
• Drive upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Participate in commercial project review meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Valid PMP certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of operation planning experience as a Project Manager, preferably with exposure to UAE and ADNOC.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector or EPC contracting, ideally with ILI projects.
• Strong command of English and ability to travel extensively.
