Project Officer – Software Development

About the role

The Project Officer will join the Project Management Office of Cyborg Automation Hub, supporting the delivery of software development and automation projects. This hybrid position combines coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects align with company goals and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and clear communication.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards.
• Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and help implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with PMO governance frameworks, standards, and reporting templates.
• Participate in status meetings, track milestones, and verify deliverable completion.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and capture lessons learned across projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or AI.
• 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, delivery, or a similar PMO role.
• Valid Project Management certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills
