QA & Software Testing Specialist

About the role

NeoMatix is looking for a detail‑oriented QA & Software Testing Specialist to ensure its digital healthcare solutions meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with developers and product teams to validate functionality, identify defects, and improve overall user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform both manual and automated testing to uncover and log bugs.
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues.
• Conduct performance, security, usability, and regression testing.
• Track reported defects to ensure timely resolution before release.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical designs, providing feedback early in the development cycle.
• Maintain testing documentation and generate reports for internal stakeholders.
• Participate in planning sessions to improve test coverage and overall software quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in QA or software testing roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Required skills

• Familiarity with bug‑tracking tools such as JIRA and Bugzilla.
• Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium and Appium.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages, preferably Python or Java.
• Understanding of testing frameworks, methodologies, and test case creation.
