QA Team Lead (Software Testing)

About the role

INGOT is looking for a QA Team Lead to define, implement, and oversee quality assurance strategies across all software development projects. You will guide a team of QA engineers, ensure high product quality, and act as a bridge between developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategy, processes, and best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and support QA engineers, fostering growth and performance.
• Design and oversee test plans, test cases, and execution for manual and automated testing.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage across functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks and CI/CD quality gates.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure testability.
• Identify risks, gaps, and propose improvements in quality processes.
• Monitor and report quality metrics, defects, and testing progress.
• Coordinate release validation and sign‑off processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience leading QA teams and managing testing processes.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
