React Native Developer (Mid-Level / Senior)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate React Native Developer to build and enhance Kaleela’s mobile application, delivering interactive Arabic language‑learning experiences to users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and optimise the Kaleela mobile application used by learners worldwide.
• Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and stability problems.
• Implement new product features such as streak systems and engagement tools.
• Integrate and improve AI‑based voice recognition functionality.
• Improve and manage Firebase tracking events and analytics structure.
• Ensure accurate marketing attribution tracking (e.g., Meta, Google).
• Collaborate with backend and marketing teams to align app tracking with business goals.
• Manage app releases, version control, and production deployments.

Required profile

• 3+ years of React Native development experience (mid‑level) or 5+ years (senior).
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and best practices.
• Proven experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Cloud Functions).
• Experience integrating third‑party SDKs and APIs.
• Familiarity with AI integrations such as voice recognition or speech‑to‑text APIs.
• Strong debugging and performance‑optimisation skills.
• Experience implementing marketing and event tracking.
• Experience publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
