React.js Developer – Mid-level (Amman-based, Enterprise & Government)

About the role

We are hiring a mid‑level React.js Developer to build and maintain front‑end applications for enterprise and government clients in the UAE and KSA. The position is based in Amman and involves occasional travel to client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive, high‑performance web applications using React.js functional components and hooks.
• Implement complex UI features such as dynamic forms, data tables, dashboards, multi‑step workflows and content‑management interfaces.
• Manage application state with Redux, React Context, Zustand or similar solutions.
• Integrate with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, handling loading states, error boundaries and caching.
• Translate Figma or design mock‑ups into pixel‑accurate, responsive components following design‑system guidelines.
• Ensure accessibility (semantic HTML, ARIA, keyboard navigation) and support right‑to‑left layouts for Arabic interfaces.
• Write unit and integration tests with Jest and React Testing Library and maintain test coverage.
• Optimize performance through code‑splitting, lazy loading, memoisation and bundle analysis.
• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies and collaborate with backend engineers, designers and QA.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of professional front‑end development experience with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands‑on experience with state‑management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API integration and asynchronous patterns.
• Proficient CSS skills, including Flexbox, Grid and at least one framework (Tailwind, MUI, Ant Design).
• Experience writing tests with Jest and React Testing Library.
