Relationship Manager / Credit Remedial

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Credit Remedial is responsible for taking over accounts flagged by the Early Warning System (EWS) Committee and managing the full remediation process. The role involves close interaction with commercial, corporate and large‑corporate clients to restore credit quality and ensure compliance with bank policies.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of accounts transferred by the EWS Committee and initiate client relationship management.
• Conduct field visits, prepare visit and cash‑flow reports, and coordinate with Business Development, Credit Review and Legal departments.
• Audit early‑warning indicators, develop action plans, and monitor restructuring or guarantee enhancements.
• Update account coding, review contracts, and adjust risk ratings as directed.
• Prepare periodic reports for the EWS Committee on action‑plan progress and account status.
• Participate in business continuity and emergency response teams.

Required profile

• University degree in Administrative Sciences, Banking or a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of banking experience, including at least three (3) years in credit facilities.
• Strong knowledge of banking policies, procedures and regulatory updates.
• Ability to analyse financial statements and make credit decisions.
• Good command of English.
