Reservations Operations Officer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Reservations Operations Officer to manage booking requests, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation requests and enter bookings accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and customer service teams to support daily activities.
• Follow up on confirmations, amendments, cancellations and special requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the reservation system and internal files.
• Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor reservations, availability and operational deadlines.
• Prepare reports and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Tourism, Hospitality or a related field.
• Previous experience in reservations, operations or customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication and follow‑up skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
