Restaurant Crew – Salad Bar

About the role

Join the vibrant team at RAW & BOWL'D as a Restaurant Crew member focused on the Salad Bar. This full‑time, on‑site position in Amman involves preparing fresh salads and bowls while delivering a welcoming guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble salads and bowls according to recipes and guest specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and freshness of the salad bar throughout the shift.
• Restock ingredients, monitor expiration dates, and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Greet guests, answer menu questions, and support smooth service during peak periods.
• Assist with basic prep work, order handling, and opening/closing duties as needed.

Required profile

• Attention to detail in portion control and presentation.
• Strong focus on food safety, hygiene, and proper ingredient handling.
• Friendly, respectful customer service attitude.
• Team‑oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; fluency in English and/or Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic kitchen and food preparation skills.
• Experience in restaurant, café, or salad‑bar settings (advantageous).
