Sales Agent

About the role

MetLife Jordan is seeking a full‑time Sales Agent to join its insurance team in Amman. You will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, presenting a range of life and health insurance products, and delivering tailored financial protection solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct meetings and calls with new and existing clients to understand their needs.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing, and prepare accurate quotations.
• Assist clients with application forms and required documentation.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide after‑sales support.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team, participate in ongoing training, and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills for clear product presentation and trust building.
• Strong customer‑service orientation to manage inquiries and sustain long‑term relationships.
• Proven sales abilities to generate leads, negotiate, close deals, and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products, underwriting concepts, and compliance.
• Willingness to engage in continuous training and professional development.
• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Familiarity with standard office software and CRM tools.
