Sales And Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Compass Hotel in Amman is seeking a full‑time Sales and Marketing Specialist to promote its services, attract corporate and leisure guests, and support brand visibility across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with corporate clients, travel agencies, and individual guests.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns, digital marketing activities, and social‑media initiatives.
• Collaborate with hotel management and front‑office teams to ensure consistent guest communication and brand messaging.
• Monitor market trends, attend local networking events, and produce regular sales and marketing performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven customer‑service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrated sales experience in hospitality or related sectors, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Background in training or sales management, coaching team members and improving performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of CRM or property management systems.
• Familiarity with online booking platforms.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and social‑media marketing.
