About the role

PersonalHour Jordan is expanding its U.S. market presence and seeks a dynamic Sales & Customer Support Representative. Working hybrid from Amman, you will engage directly with American customers, guiding them through the selection and purchase of Pilates equipment while delivering top‑tier service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist U.S. customers via phone, email, and live chat, understanding their needs and recommending suitable Pilates reformers and accessories.
• Explain product details, pricing, availability, shipping options, warranties, and purchasing terms.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, abandoned carts, and previous inquiries to drive conversions.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑purchase support, resolving order, delivery, and product issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure cases are closed to satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, warehouse, and customer‑experience teams.
• Deliver daily updates on sales opportunities and customer cases.

Required profile

• Native‑level or C2‑equivalent English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Strong sales and customer‑service aptitude with confidence speaking to U.S. clients.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple customers.
• Reliability, accountability, and ownership mindset.
• Experience in sales, e‑commerce, retail, or related fields is preferred.
