Sales Executive – Hotel Hospitality

About the role
The Sales Executive will join the Grand Hyatt Amman team to help build a top‑performing sales force for the hotel and the wider Hyatt International portfolio. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and yearly sales targets while driving revenue across all hotel streams.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to generate new business leads.
- Develop and nurture customer accounts, travelling within the region to increase market share.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
- Prepare proposals, presentations and negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients.
- Draft contracts in line with current pricing and business conditions.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
- Support marketing initiatives, including promotions and events.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ambitious, eager to learn and develop a career in hotel sales.
