About the role
We are seeking a Sales Project Manager to lead sales initiatives for a leading building‑materials company operating across the Middle East. Based in Amman, you will be responsible for driving project‑based sales and ensuring successful delivery for our key clients.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales projects for building‑materials products.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the building‑materials industry.
- Proven track record in sales and project management.
- Strong client‑management, negotiation and communication abilities.
