Sales Representative – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to generate new business, nurture client relationships and contribute to revenue growth. The role is fully remote and ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers via calls, email, social media and referrals.
• Generate and maintain a consistent sales pipeline, qualifying leads and moving opportunities forward.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demos and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
• Record all activities accurately in the CRM system and ensure smooth hand‑over to delivery or support teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
• Professional, proactive and results‑driven attitude.
• Fluent English for communication with customers.
