Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Amman, Jordan. You will identify prospective customers, present insurance and financial solutions, and manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers.
• Present MetLife insurance and financial products tailored to client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets.
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records in sales systems and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven sales and sales‑management skills to drive revenue.
• Ability to quickly absorb product knowledge and share best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Relevant experience in insurance, banking, or financial services (preferred).
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Willingness to work on‑site in Amman and adhere to local regulatory standards.
