SDR Sales Manager (Remote – Jordan)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SDR Sales Manager to lead and scale our Sales Development Representative team remotely from Jordan. In this fast‑paced environment you will drive pipeline growth, build outbound prospecting strategies, and coach SDRs to deliver qualified business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of SDRs to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Design and execute outbound prospecting campaigns across email, phone and social channels.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews and ongoing performance management.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align messaging, campaigns and lead qualification criteria.
• Monitor SDR metrics, identify improvement areas and implement optimization initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and continuous training of new SDR team members.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Development (SDR/BDR) with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets as an individual contributor and as a team leader.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience in the Trades and Technical Services industry is a plus.
