Search Engine Optimization Team Lead

About the role

The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Team Lead is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Amman. You will own the SEO strategy for AutoBeeb’s digital platforms, driving organic visibility, traffic and conversions across regional and global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute SEO road‑maps, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, technical improvements and link‑building campaigns.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics, Search Console and other web‑analytics tools; produce regular reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content, marketing and development teams to embed SEO best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior SEO team members, fostering continuous learning and staying up‑to‑date with algorithm changes.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend tactics to improve rankings in multilingual, multi‑market environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading SEO projects or teams, preferably in e‑commerce or marketplace settings.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent communication skills for non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry or Middle Eastern markets is a plus.
