Security Agent – Hotel Safety & Guest Assistance

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team as a Security Agent, where you will help create a safe and welcoming environment for every guest. Your presence on the property ensures that safety, security, and hospitality standards are consistently upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular security patrols of interior and exterior hotel areas to detect and address safety risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Assist with preliminary investigations of incidents, gathering relevant information, documenting findings, and preparing accurate security reports.
• Maintain precise and up‑to‑date security documentation, including incident logs and patrol records.
• Respond promptly to emergencies such as safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats, supporting the appropriate response teams.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests, answering inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
