Security Agent

About the role

As a Security Agent for an Accor‑affiliated hotel, you will protect guests, employees and the property, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. You will act as a vigilant guardian, responding promptly to incidents and supporting the overall hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of guests, staff and hotel premises.
• Investigate and report violations of law, hotel policies, accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations.
• Conduct regular floor patrols, perform cash counts and manage crowd control when needed.
• Provide helpful information to guests regarding hotel facilities and services.

Required profile

• Relevant security experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable and attentive to detail.
