Security Officer

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Security Officer to ensure a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. The role involves active patrolling, monitoring of surveillance equipment, and rapid response to alarms and incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to deter intrusion and verify the security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems continuously.
• Respond promptly to alarms, investigate disturbances, and report findings.
• Identify and report safety hazards and provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed.
• Prepare daily activity and incident reports with accurate details.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar security role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; security officer certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Physical fitness to perform regular patrols and respond to emergencies.

Required skills

• Operation of surveillance systems and security equipment.
• Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification.
