Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across the property. You will patrol all areas, manage access to secured rooms, and act as the first point of contact during emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol the premises, secure rooms, and assist guests with access.
• Conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to restricted areas.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Prepare accurate incident reports while maintaining confidentiality.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Support management in training, coaching, and fostering a fair‑treatment culture.

Required profile

• Experience in loss‑prevention, security, or safety roles, preferably in hospitality.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
• Willingness to work full‑time, on‑site, and perform physical tasks.
