Senior Analyst – Modern Workplace (Microsoft 365)

About the role

The Modern Workplace Senior Analyst will provide high‑level technical expertise for Microsoft 365 services, ensuring seamless collaboration, productivity, and secure communication across the organization. This role works closely with IT and security teams to integrate, monitor, and continuously improve the digital work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert support for Microsoft 365 services including Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Integrate Modern Workplace technologies with existing infrastructure and monitor system performance.
• Resolve user inquiries and technical issues to maintain high service availability.
• Lead digital transformation projects and recommend enhancements based on industry trends.
• Collaborate with security teams to align deployments with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Design, configure, and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments, including hybrid identity, conditional access, MFA, and privileged identity management.
• Oversee user and group lifecycle management, role‑based access control, and SSO integrations.
• Conduct regular configuration audits and implement best practices such as Microsoft Secure Score.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and modern workplace solutions.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts within Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT and security teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on system reliability and compliance.
