Senior Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives for government and large‑scale organisations. The role requires strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, system integration, and stakeholder management across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, document and validate business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define project objectives and solution requirements.
• Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, user stories and other project artefacts.
• Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and alignment with business goals.
• Analyse and improve business processes through re‑engineering initiatives.
• Support system integration projects by defining functional requirements and API integration specifications.
• Work closely with development, QA and project management teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Participate in solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation activities.
• Contribute to projects delivered using Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies while adhering to organisational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working with government organisations; experience in the Real Estate sector is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI‑PBA are preferred.
