About the role

The Senior DevOps Release Management Analyst will be a key member of the DevOps team, driving automation, reliability, and speed of software delivery. This role focuses on integrating development and operations, optimizing infrastructure, and ensuring secure, high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency and reduce human error.
• Manage cloud and on‑premises infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and cost‑effectiveness.
• Implement and oversee incident management processes, conduct post‑incident reviews, and apply improvements.
• Maintain configuration settings using configuration‑management tools to guarantee consistency across environments.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of software releases across multiple environments.
• Participate in strategic DevOps roadmap planning and budgeting for tools, infrastructure, and team resources.
• Monitor and optimize cloud and infrastructure costs while implementing cost‑saving measures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevOps, release management, and automation.
• Strong understanding of cloud and on‑premises infrastructure management.
• Experience with incident management and post‑incident analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively with development, product, and cross‑functional teams.
• Senior‑level expertise with a focus on optimizing resource utilization and driving business agility.
