Senior Interior Designer – Architecture & Interior Design

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our award‑winning architecture and interior design studio in Amman. The role is full‑time, on‑site and involves leading interior projects from concept through to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects, managing all phases from concept development to construction completion.
• Develop space‑planning layouts and detailed design solutions that balance aesthetics and functionality.
• Produce and review construction drawings, ensuring compliance with architectural standards.
• Specify and source furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) in collaboration with clients and suppliers.
• Coordinate closely with architects, engineers and other consultants to integrate design intent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering (mandatory).
• Proven experience delivering high‑quality interior design projects in a professional environment.
• Strong background in architecture and interior design practices.
• Excellent project management, team leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with BIM processes is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Expertise in space planning and construction drawing development.
• Ability to source and specify FF&E.
