Senior Interior Designer

About the role

Egis is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the interior design of commercial, corporate, hospitality and mixed‑use projects. You will work closely with the Head of Department, managing day‑to‑day execution from concept through construction documentation while ensuring compliance with budget, quality and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior concepts, mood boards, material samples and FF&E schedules for diverse building types.
• Produce detailed construction drawings, coordination details and integrate structural and MEP services.
• Manage and mentor a team of interior designers and detailers, ensuring accurate interpretation of briefs.
• Coordinate with client project managers, consultants and contractors to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor project budgets and authorise design changes only with HOD approval.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of interior design experience, including at least 4 years in a senior role.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and deliver complex projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial, hospitality and mixed‑use interior requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
