Senior Life Insurance Sales Consultant

About the role

Delta Insurance is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to drive growth of its life insurance portfolio. You will build lasting client relationships, present tailored solutions, and achieve monthly sales targets in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target leads through cold calls, networking, and field meetings.
• Conduct in‑depth consultations to understand clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Develop strong, trust‑based relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve the customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in life insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable using technology and CRM tools.
