Senior OCI Infrastructure Architect – Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, compliant cloud foundations for our clients in the Middle East. The role combines technical leadership with hands‑on delivery across sovereign, dedicated and isolated OCI environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect OCI tenancy, landing zones and network topology to support scalable enterprise workloads.
• Implement hybrid connectivity (FastConnect, VPN) and disaster‑recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
• Maintain ongoing compliance with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA and ISO 27001.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship and guidance to junior architects and engineers.
• Collaborate with security teams to configure OCI Security Zones, Cloud Guard, WAF and Vault.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with at least 3 years focused on OCI.
• Hands‑on experience with sovereign cloud solutions and ERP transformation projects.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) networking components – VCNs, gateways, IAM, Security Zones, Cloud Guard.
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Automation tools such as Ansible and scripting in Python and Bash.
• OCI security services – Web Application Firewall, OCI Vault, Logging Analytics.
• Oracle Database technologies, including Autonomous Database and Exadata Cloud@Customer.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
