About the role
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to own and scale paid media across Google, Meta, TikTok and other platforms. You will turn advertising budgets into measurable growth for a diverse portfolio of clients while working in a hybrid environment based in Amman.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, build and optimise paid campaigns across search, social and programmatic channels.
- Own ROAS and CPA targets for multiple client accounts.
- Run structured testing on creative assets, audience segments and landing pages.
- Report performance clearly and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Mentor and guide junior media buyers.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media.
- Deep hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
