Senior Recruitment Associate – Enabling Functions

About the role

Join Deloitte's Enabling Functions team as a Senior Recruitment Associate, supporting talent acquisition across the firm in Jordan. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent for a leading professional services organization.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates suitable for various business needs.
• Conduct and filter interviews for open positions, using structured and competency‑based techniques.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure candidates progress through the correct stages.
• Post job openings on internal and external job boards, including the Deloitte website.
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Issue offers and communicate the recruitment process to candidates.
• Provide weekly reports to update business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter (in‑house or agency) with at least 4 years in professional services or a large organization.
• Strong proficiency with Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to conduct various interview formats (structured, competency‑based, stress, etc.).
• Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
• Effective collaboration within a matrixed, multicultural environment.
• Willingness to work on a temporary contract basis.
