Senior SEO Content Strategist – B2B Growth

About the role

RemotePass is looking for a senior SEO content strategist who will own the end‑to‑end content strategy for its B2B growth. The role sits under the Head of Marketing and works closely with the Technical SEO Lead to drive leads and pipeline through AI‑driven visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the content strategy across blogs, guides, landing pages, emails, case studies and other resources.
• Focus on ranking in AI engines and platforms such as YouTube and Reddit, not just traditional search.
• Leverage first‑party data to prioritize topics and build content that generates qualified leads.
• Build lightweight AI‑powered tools for content creation and lead capture.
• Analyze performance metrics, report on leads, pipeline and AI‑visibility, and iterate on successful tactics.
• Collaborate with designers, writers and other contributors to bring content to life.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SEO/content experience in a B2B environment.
• AI‑first mindset, actively using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity.
• Commercial focus on leads and pipeline rather than vanity traffic.
• Strong English writing, editing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, build tools and thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
