Senior Visual Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Senior Visual Designer with strong motion‑graphics expertise to lead visual direction for our campaigns. You will shape brand identities and produce engaging digital, social, and video content from concept through final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute high‑quality visual concepts, designs, and motion graphics for social, web, and video platforms.
• Lead creative direction for campaigns and brand visual identities.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and production teams to align designs with strategic goals.
• Create storyboards, animations, and visual effects for promotional and explainer videos.
• Produce static and animated ads, including Meta, Google Display, and YouTube assets.
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Stay updated on the latest design, animation, and social media trends.
• Mentor junior designers as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in visual design, motion graphics, or similar creative roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and motion work.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Knowledge of 3D or video‑editing tools such as Cinema4D, Blender, or DaVinci Resolve (optional).
