Shared Services HR Specialist

About the role

Namaa is looking for an experienced Shared Services HR Specialist to join its People Operations team in Jordan. You will provide best‑in‑class HR operational support across the employee lifecycle while driving process excellence and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex HR operations including onboarding, lifecycle changes, and off‑boarding.
• Oversee employee data, compensation updates, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Serve as escalation point for complex HR operational inquiries.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge‑base articles.
• Lead initiatives to improve HR processes and employee experience.
• Administer employee benefits, ensuring data accuracy and policy compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, produce HR reports, and support audit activities.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders on HR operations.
• Train and mentor new team members and support cross‑training.
• Participate in HR systems enhancements and operational projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience, with 3–5 years in HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Proven experience developing SOPs and improving operational processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday or a similar HRIS.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
