Site Manager – Transient Aircraft Services (Secret Clearance)

About the role

The Site Manager leads day‑to‑day operations for Southwest Asia Transient Aircraft Services (SWA TAS) at an assigned location. Reporting to the Lead Site Manager, you will ensure safe, efficient aircraft arrival, marshaling, servicing, turn‑around and departure in a 24/7/365 austere environment while complying with all contractual and government requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a ZERO‑harm workplace by enforcing flight‑line safety, FOD prevention and tool‑control procedures.
• Oversee all TAS activities – aircraft arrival, parking, servicing, turn‑around and departure – to meet Performance Work Statement objectives.
• Lead, supervise and mentor flight‑line personnel, fostering accountability, discipline and customer‑focused service.
• Coordinate daily tasking, assign work, monitor execution and resolve operational challenges affecting aircraft flow.
• Schedule personnel shifts and rotations to sustain required 24/7/365 service levels, including surge and contingency operations.
• Inspect and audit work for compliance with Technical Orders, airfield procedures and contractual requirements, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide documentation and reporting for environmental, safety and quality‑assurance programs.

Required profile

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Proven leadership experience in high‑tempo, austere aviation or logistics environments.
• Strong knowledge of airfield safety standards, Technical Orders and government directives.
• Ability to manage 24/7/365 operations and coordinate with government stakeholders.
