Software Implementation Specialist

About the role

The Software Implementation Specialist configures Explorance solutions to meet client business needs, provides product recommendations, and ensures proactive communication with both clients and internal teams. This individual contributor role drives projects to completion while supporting long‑term adoption and value generation.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to define requirements, deploy solutions, and conduct business analysis.
• Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently, acting as project manager to keep scope, timelines, and deadlines on track.
• Perform technical tasks such as data import, custom reporting, document generation, and user‑acceptance testing.
• Provide remote and occasional onsite consulting, delivering training and supporting organizational change.
• Serve as the software expert, liaising with the development team to document new requirements and ensure they are met.
• Identify additional product or service opportunities within customer organizations.

• Quick learner who can assimilate new technologies and skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team‑based environment.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Creative, self‑motivated, and capable of delivering formal and informal client training.
• Resident of Amman or surrounding area willing to work in an office‑centric culture.
