Stewarding Supervisor

About the role

Our Utility Cleaners play an important role in supporting vital hotel functions across departments such as kitchen, food and beverage, and laundry. They ensure clean linen, spotless dining ware, and maintain cleaning equipment to deliver a safe and pleasant guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and clean linen, dishware, and other hotel items to the highest quality standards.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashers, hand‑wash stations, and laundry machines.
• Transport dishware and linens throughout the hotel, moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform overhead and low‑level tasks, including bending, twisting, and stooping.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place items up to 50 lb.
• Ability to work long periods on feet and perform repetitive motions safely.
