About the role

Bechtel is offering a 2026 Student Co‑op Training program in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, focused on Architectural Engineering. The program provides structured training and exposure across multiple engineering functions within the Jubail industrial city project.

Key responsibilities

• Assist vertical leaders and team supervisors with day‑to‑day engineering activities.
• Learn and apply the systems, procedures, and databases used by the architectural engineering vertical.
• Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports, develop data‑driven reports and maintain project documentation.
• Shadow experienced engineers to gain hands‑on experience in design review, construction oversight, and EPC processes.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Architectural Engineering or related field.
• Strong interest in large‑scale civil and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work on‑site in Jubail and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
