Summer Internship Program

About the role

JTI Jordan is offering a Summer Internship Program for university students in their final two years of study. The three‑month program runs from July to September at JTI’s Abdoun office and AlQastal manufacturing site in Amman. Interns will experience the company’s culture, meet senior leaders and work on real projects across several business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support finance teams with FP&A analysis, accounting tasks and internal controls.
• Assist HR Business Partnering, rewards and administration activities.
• Conduct legal research and help prepare documentation.
• Contribute to sales field and office initiatives.
• Participate in marketing strategic insight and merchandising projects.
• Help corporate affairs and communication teams with internal and external messaging.
• Work on production process‑improvement activities.
• Support quality assurance inspections and warehouse operations mapping.

Required profile

• Student in the last two years of a university degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Law or related fields).
• Strong communication, collaboration and analytical abilities.
• Motivation to learn in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
