Supervisor – Airport Lounge & Transit Hotel

About the role

As a Supervisor for the Airport Lounge and Transit Hotel, you will oversee front‑of‑house operations in both environments, ensuring smooth service delivery, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest satisfaction. You will lead the Guest Service team, monitor service standards, and manage the guest journey from arrival through departure.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily front‑of‑house activities across the lounge and hotel, including check‑in, access control, and departure processes.
• Lead, coach and support Guest Service Associates to maintain consistent service excellence.
• Handle guest complaints, special requests and service recovery professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Kitchen, Security and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage shift handovers, task allocation and staff scheduling.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous service improvements.
• Ensure accurate reporting, billing accuracy and compliance with operational procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years supervisory experience in hospitality, preferably in hotel front office, airport lounge or customer‑service operations.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and communication abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and a customer‑service mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
