Supply Planning Senior Officer

About the role

MS Pharma is seeking a Supply Planning Senior Officer to manage the flow of materials across the supply chain, from supplier to customer, ensuring production schedules and inventory levels meet demand.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain master data on ERP for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and bulk items.
• Generate a detailed 3‑month production plan per work centre using MS Project or other scheduling tools, coordinate with production, and adjust plans as needed.
• Allocate batches on ERP, initiate transfer orders, and monitor monthly delivery plans with cross‑functional teams.
• Create periodic MRP for packaging materials, track formula approvals, manage artwork changes, and upload orders to ERP for procurement.
• Collect production output data (yield, defect rates) from production control systems and report any delays.
• Conduct production floor tours to verify adherence to plans and follow up on procurement arrivals.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or a related field, according to local regulations.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant supply‑planning experience.
• Proficient written and spoken Arabic and English.

Required skills

• ERP (code creation and batch allocation).
• MS Project or comparable scheduling software.
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools.
• Production control systems for yield and defect tracking.
• Master Data Management.
