About the role

A leading FMCG company in Jordan is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to support its recruitment efforts in Amman. The role involves managing high‑volume hiring and ensuring a professional candidate experience across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities across different functions.
• Manage high‑volume hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Support employer‑branding and talent‑pipeline initiatives.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in high‑volume recruitment is highly preferred.
• HR‑related professional certifications are an advantage.
• Advanced English communication skills are essential.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
