About the role

Network International is seeking a Talent & Culture Business Partner to work closely with department leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. The role focuses on the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to employee relations, and aims to foster a positive, high‑performance culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with departmental and organizational goals to drive business success.
• Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and staffing needs.
• Oversee talent management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
• Support performance management processes, coach managers, and facilitate feedback.
• Assist in change management initiatives and ensure clear communication during transitions.
• Design and implement HR programs that enhance employee experience in line with global HR guidelines.
• Manage employee‑relations issues, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Stay up‑to‑date with employment laws and ensure departmental compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with business leaders to align HR initiatives with strategic goals.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and ability to ensure compliance.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
