Training & Analysis Specialist – Market Research

About the role

INGOT is looking for a high‑energy Training & Analysis Specialist to deliver accurate market analysis and create educational content that supports our marketing, sales and client‑engagement initiatives. The role blends financial research with communication, requiring fluency in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare approved market analysis reports across the company’s relevant asset classes.
• Develop educational materials such as presentations, articles, video scripts and infographics.
• Conduct Arabic webinars and seminars aligned with business needs.
• Deliver training sessions for new employees when required.
• Participate in TV and radio interviews, ensuring commentary follows approved talking points.
• Produce evergreen educational articles and short market‑analysis videos for major events.
• Prepare customized market reports for internal or client requirements.
• Support one‑to‑one educational sessions for high‑net‑worth clients in coordination with sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in the financial services industry with solid capital‑markets knowledge.
• Strong analytical, reporting and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
