About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Training Coordinator Intern to support our Training Department. This role offers hands‑on experience in coordinating and delivering internal training programs, ideal for someone passionate about learning and development.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with training participants before, during, and after sessions
- Share evaluation forms and collect feedback for each training
- Act as the main point of contact for participant inquiries and support
- Ensure smooth execution of training sessions
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training logistics
- Track attendance and follow up with participants when needed
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
