Transaction Advisory Manager – Financial Due Diligence

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Transaction Advisory Manager to lead Financial Due Diligence (FDD) engagements for buy‑side and sell‑side transactions. The role involves providing strategic financial insights to clients across multiple industries and supporting M&A deal execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements for acquisitions, disposals, and investments.
• Analyze financial statements, earnings quality, working capital, cash flow, and net debt.
• Identify financial risks, key deal issues, and commercial considerations.
• Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports and client presentations.
• Collaborate with investors, clients, legal advisors, and transaction teams.
• Support transaction negotiations and deal execution processes.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and junior team members.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory or Financial Due Diligence.
• Strong understanding of M&A transactions and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
