Treasury Analyst

About the role

The Treasury Analyst will oversee daily cash management activities, ensuring the organization maintains sufficient liquidity to meet its operational and financial obligations. This role involves executing payments, managing bank accounts, handling letters of guarantee, and monitoring cash flow while adhering to treasury policies and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process outgoing wire transfers, vendor payments, FOREX transactions, loan instalments, tax and utility payments.
• Issue and manage employee visa cards, including recharging, dispute handling, and monthly statements.
• Maintain KYC records and specimen signatures for all authorized bank signatories.
• Process inward bills of collection and letters of guarantee for vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare monthly cash outflow reports covering payments, inter‑company transfers, and tax obligations.
• Monitor bank account balances, flagging shortages or excess funds.
• Communicate with internal departments (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) and external financial institutions to obtain required documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or related finance functions.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on problem solving.
