UI/UX Designer

About the role

ZenHR is seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer to transform its HR software into intuitive, visually appealing products for clients across the MENA region. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphical user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets that are easy to use and visually consistent.
• Create web page layouts and mockups while maintaining brand guidelines.
• Illustrate user flows, discuss designs with the team, and iterate based on feedback.
• Identify and resolve UX problems to improve overall product usability.
• Plan and conduct in‑house usability testing, gather user feedback, and incorporate findings.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA within cross‑functional pods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong command of English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
