UI/UX Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Specialist to translate business requirements and technical constraints into intuitive digital experiences. The role involves conducting user research, creating sitemaps, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Produce wireframes, user flows, mockups, visual design comps, and interactive prototypes.
• Apply user‑centered design principles to ensure solutions meet user needs.
• Communicate with product managers, developers, and researchers to align on creative requirements.
• Lead projects from brief to delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Define vision, set goals, and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post‑Implementation Review (PIR) to validate designs.
• Manage UI/UX projects collaboratively with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Arts, Computer Science or related field; UI/UX certification is a plus.
• 3‑7 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX research, wireframing, visual design, and information architecture.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
